2. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of loss for Products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns of unopened and unused Products within 3 days of receipt.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at clayradiance77@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive the returned Product in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any Import Charges, within 1 business days.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.
